« I’ve been running 21 full marathons and 55 half-marathons over the last 11 years – all in Thailand. Long distance running is a great activity to improve your health. However, when you run as much as I do (5 times a week) it can also take a toll on your body. Over the last few years, I have suffered many injuries as a result of my intensive training.
